Ultrasonic bonding/welding is a manufacturing process that uses high-frequency (ultrasonic) sound waves to fuse pieces of plastic together into a single piece. We have an ultrasonic welding machine that can weld various plastic products with high efficiency and speed. The finished products feature high strength welds with good sealing performance.
